Dr. Kim Troboy

      Finding the key that links business goals to performance outcomes is a current objective of strategy and operations researchers alike. Researchers at Arkansas Tech University recently studied the effectiveness of open-book management on plant performance at a screen-printing company in the southeastern United States that operates two plants about 300 miles apart. In this session, Dr. Kim Troboy will share how the OBM implementation favorably affected the organization and where studies like this may head in the future.
