Your company's critical number is an objective measure that defines success, gets everyone on the same page and will be used to drive company's results. To find it, you must first identify the key issues facing your company in the next 12 months. In this session, you'll get an overview of the process used to get to the critical number and get the Great Game up and running at Texas Air Composites.
