Corey Rosen, Rick Rose
In this session on Employee Stock Ownership Plans, Corey Rosen will review tax, legal and ESOP plan design issues. Rick Rose will then follow up with typical examples of how an ESOP is used to buyout an owner, ranging from Prefunded ESOPs to partial (30%) buyouts to total buyouts in order to take advantage of both tax savings and employee incentive considerations. Mr. Rose will also discuss how to finance these transactions. Be sure to bring your own questions for our experts.
