      Our Speaker: Alan Kent is the president and CEO of Meadows Regional Medical Center, an independent 122 bed hospital located in Vidalia, GA. In this role since 2000, he has been a hospital CEO or COO for almost 20 years in both nonprofit and for profit facilities. He has also been a management consultant. The hospital has 575 employees in three locations and has been playing The Game for three years.
