So many health care organizations work "around the edges" with individual safety programs and projects, but they do not develop a thorough and comprehensive program that transforms the organization by engaging leadership and creating multiple "centers of gravity." This session will describe how UK organizations participating in The Health Foundation's Safer Patients Initiative have done just that. Learn about the people, framework, and system that transformed these organizations.
