A combination of IHI’s expert faculty and improvement leaders from 100,000 Lives Campaign mentor hospitals
will offer practical strategies for improving outcomes on the six 100,000 Lives Campaign interventions. This
session will offer strategies for engaging every stakeholder group (boards, leaders, quality managers,
clinicians, patients and families) in the change process, and share the complete stories of organizations that
have achieved transformative results in a short period of time. If your organization is just getting started on
introducing one of these interventions or struggling to work to make substantive progress, this is an excellent
session for you.
After this presentation you will be able to:
- Discuss elements of the six Campaign interventions and share stories of their successful introduction.
- Describe practical strategies for executing and overcoming obstacles to the successful introduction of the six Campaign interventions.
