There is a highly effective, knowable, actionable discipline
to using meetings, conferences and other learning events
to generate action and results. Faculty leaders of the highly
successful organ donation and transplantation
collaboratives used this discipline to rapidly transform an
entire national community of practice. This session will
describe these methods and how to immediately apply
them to the design of an event you will lead in the
upcoming days, weeks, or month.
After this presentation you will be able to:
- Apply proven methods for using collaborative learning events, both large and small, to generate action and results.
- Initiate a plan to apply these methods to the design of an upcoming event in your organization.
- Describe the leadership, management, and other sources of information for further study and application.
