In 2005,VHA recruited over 950 VHA hospitals to participate in IHI's 100,000 Lives Campaign and rallied their efforts under the slogan “Recruit, Connect, Collect, and Support.” This session will report on the quarter million lines of comparative performance measurement data across the six interventions that has been registered to date in the VHA Comparative Clinical Measurement (CCM) tool. Multiple case examples will be reviewed that demonstrate the success of assisting VHA members in significantly enhancing their measured clinical performance as well as illustrating over $6.4 million in documented economic performance.
