      This session will discuss the merging of Advanced Access, care management, and basic lean production elements (such as 5S), into standard work sequences, resulting in waste reduction.

• Define lean concepts, including value stream mapping, 5S/kanban,flow, and phone access/care management inter-linkage.
• Create a value stream map and outline a standard work sequence for each type of team member.
