This session will explore the use of Service Agreements between various departments to improve access and service within an organization. It is often difficult to draw clear lines between the work of the primary care providers and specialty practices. Without a shared understanding of who does what, patients fall through cracks in the system and rework and redundancy abound. Service Agreements are a tested method for avoiding these pitfalls.
