      This session will explore the basics of advanced access in specialty settings. Attendees will hear how an improvement team from the Netherlands shaped the basic concepts of improved access and office efficiency to meet the needs of their patients. Participants will be challenged to identify ways in which they might apply these concepts within their own organizations.
