This workshop will provide participants with helpful tools along with some hands-on experience in preparing for an internal investigation and creating records to support subsequent management actions to implement corrective or disciplinary actions, or if required to assist legal counsel in defending the company against a lawsuit or decision to make a voluntary disclosure to a government agency.
