      Laura Lee will present a case study highlighting the integration of clinical medicine and patient-centered complementary modalities. She will discuss obstacles encountered during the process and strategies that proved successful. After the presentation the participant will be able to:

  • Articulate the value of developing an collaborative program for integrating complementary medicine modalities with standard clinical medicine in a clinical research setting
  • Identify strategies for effectively bridging science and humanism in the management of clinical care
  • Identify obstacles and drivers for the successful implementationof an integrated and patient-centered program of care
