This facility wanted to be the best community hospital in Ontario. They implemented a system of accountability that would ensure consistency. The goals of the program were to engage employees, develop leaders, and improve patient experience scores significantly. After the presentation, the participant will be able to:
- Assess their organizational readiness and required strategic alignments for mission, vision and goal achievements
- Adapt the tools and techniques used by Bluewater Health to initiate and sustain change momentum for improving patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction
- Discuss the sharing of leadership accountabilities by explainingthe importance of leadership development, engagement and accountability for sustaining improvements
