We’ll present two very different case studies of organizations
that have built large email lists and then
converted list members into either single-gift or
monthly sustainers. As MoveOn and the 2004 political
campaigns demonstrated, email is the key to online
fundraising. We’ll show how large and medium-size
organizations can build large email lists for education,
advocacy and fundraising—and integrate online fundraising
with direct mail, phone and events.
