This session will focus on issues related to fostering an environment where the next generation of development professionals can thrive. It will feature suggestions on training up-and-coming fundraisers, review resources available to those new to the profession and touch on how to manage those new to the field. The presenters’ perspectives will reflect experience as members of the “next generation” and from a position of managing the “next-next generation.”
