This session will explore what it means to create a systematic,
innovative culture and process in your team,
department, or organization. The model is based on
=mc’s work with charity managers in the USA, UK and
internationally. Session delegates will find out about
the eight key models of innovation commonly used to
drive fundraising change in organizations and how to
apply them in a practical way. They will also learn about
some of the common mistakes that organizations make
when trying to be innovative. In conclusion, a number
of case studies will show how real fundraising initiatives
have developed from idea to launch.
