planning can revitalize your organization’s fundraising
operations, including annual fund and capital
campaigns. Participants will learn how to design the
planning process to involve and energize potential
major donors such as environmental scans, constituent
surveys, and leadership summits that can build a foundation
for a stronger case for support, particularly for
building, endowment, and planned estate giving.
