Direct response fundraising has migrated from organizational-
centric to donor-centric and from single-channel
like mail, to multi-channel including mail, phone
and online. The next step in this wave is migrating
from push marketing to creating donor interactions
and experiences. This session will share how nonprofits
of all sizes can use these ideas to build their donor files
and increase their revenue streams from using multichannel
strategies.
