This case study will examine the public-private partnership
between the Corps of Engineers and the team of
Skystone Ryan and Halff Associates in creating a foundation
to support the enhancement of land managed
by the Corps for the educational and recreational use of
the public. A team of fundraising, marketing and engineering
professionals created a model vehicle (foundation)
for the support of a public entity.
