This session will consist of an interactive panel discussion
with representatives from foundation boards, nonprofit
organizational boards, development/advancement
staff, and philanthropists. The discussion will be
facilitated and moderated by the applicant-presenter
who will challenge each of the participants to deal with
the practical vs. conceptual issues surrounding diversity
in today’s organizations.
