This session will focus on developing a parternship between staff and board members to increase philanthropic dollars for your organization. Participants will receive practical information on developing this partnership, beginning with the nominating committee process and selecting the best people for the board. The session will focus on a team approach as well as discuss the importance of peer to peer follow up. Time will be available for participants to share their best practices on this topic as well.
