In many organizations development, marketing and public relations are separate adn independent functions. The YMCA of South Palm Beach County discovered that a synergistic integration of these functions resulted in increased membership, more donations, more effective branding of the branches and greater efficiencies in all areas. In a fun, hands-on visual presentation you will see how the Y marketing and development functions were transformed from three splintered departments into one cohesive program. Presenters will walk through specific programs, campaigns and events used to market the Y and raise funds at the same time, including visual examples from a recent grand opening of a new $9 million dollar facility. Workshop participants will learn how to apply the same techniques to their own organizations and will walk away with concrete and useful ideas and information. |
