      We all know that fundraising is friend raising. Yet, too often, our focus shifts away from the donor to the dollar. The YMCA of Greater Richmond successfully uses a simple tool for nurturing relationships between lead staff and their donors, holding staff accountable for strengthening those relationships, and giving them the tools and support needed to meet their relationship goals. This workshop will provide access to those tools, a wealth of relationship building ideas, and a simple management process for ensuring that donors are receiving the touches necessary to foster increased commitment to the mission of the YMCA and a successful capital campaign.
