      Presented by the YMCA of Greater Williamson County staff team, this workshop will showcase actual case studies from several YMCA partnerships with municipalities, school districts, developers and hospitals that document real YMCA benefits in the areas of capital development, primary market penetration and operating ratios. Tom Coon, who has taken on a project for the Canadian Urban Group Ys to develop "best practices" for working with municipalities, will share his experience in negotiating several partnerships with different municipalities to build YMCAs.
