Learn how one YMCA broke the logjam that had the Community Teams section of their current support campaign stuck at $180,000+ for nearly five years. How did they do it? They blew up the decades-old model that had the Teams goal evenly divided across divisions, teams and campaigners. They allowed team captains to recruit campaigners based on relationships within their own small YMCA communities. They allowed campaigners to set their own fundraising goals.
