      The staff leadership team of the Harris YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, will provide actual stories about how they grew their community gifts division of the branch campaign from $20,000 to $100,000. They will also discuss practical examples of how the staff truly engage the campaign volunteers. This session will also demonstrate the importance of leadership from the top of the organization down.
