This workshop will present the YMCA model practices for implementing a volunteer-driven annual community support campaign which is the foundational piece of all YMCA financial development programs. This model teaches you to tell your YMCA story, share the mission and raise significant funds for your YMCA. Workshop topics include developing your campaign plan and how to have a strong annual campaign by involving staff, managing board solicitation and getting major and community gifts. |
