Today’s workplace consists of a rich mixture of four
generations: The Silent Generation, Baby Boomers,
Generation X, and Generation Y often must learn and
work together. Several successful model continuing
education programs that illustrate this point have
been implemented at Tuskegee University and California
Polytechnic State University. Participants will learn
how these programs were developed and implemented
and be able to share their successes with the group. |
