Market forces such as changing demographics
and competition are increasing the demand for a
market-centric Ce organization. Because changing
student expectations and behavior underlie these
shifts, the Ce marketing leader is a natural choice
to respond to these challenges. yet, an alarming
number of Ce units do not invest in a dedicated
