Nontraditional students span no fewer than four
generational groups, each embodying a distinct
“personality.” This session concisely describes
current literature on generational personality
types, specifically applying concepts to continuing
higher education. Backing-up concepts with data,
the session will also explore results from a large
conjoint analysis study that measured differences
in preferences for program features among several
generational groups. |
