      Becoming a Foreman is a HUGE event for everyone – the Foreman, The Boss, and the Work Crew. This class will teach Foremen what they need to know about the Water Gardening Business, Themselves, their Boss, and their Crew so that they can achieve the level of performance they need to run a successful construction operation. This class is not about finding a good Foreman, but is about the personality and practical tools that a New Foreman or potential Foreman needs to be successful.
