This session will describe an improvement model that is driven by executive support and buy-into accelerate the rate and scope of improvement on the publicly reported indicators of acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, and pneumonia. The structure of the Work Group for Clinical Excellence executive group and supporting taskforces will be described, and a member hospital will share its results.
