This session provides insight into how the four integrated components of the Baldrige National Quality Program enable organizations to create cultures that achieve inspiring role model results for higher performance. The experience of North Mississippi Medical Center, the most recent Baldrige Award in health care recipient, and their use of the Baldrige Criteria for High Performance will be described.
