      Hear a 2006 YMCA of the USA Annie E. Casey Foundation FAMILIES COUNT! Family Strengthening Award winner presentation on what a winning program is comprised of with special attention to meeting the needs of all types of families. Family Program Services of the Muscatine Community Y provides services to families through five units of programming in order to reach every type of family. These units are Family Focus, Self-sufficiency, Parenting Support, Respite and Grandparent Support. Information will be included regarding services provided in each program unit with special focus on unique families such as grandparents raising grandchildren.
