      Gain an understanding of the structure of the NCAA, and more specifically the NCAA enforcement process, including how initial inquiries are handled, the process of completing the enforcement investigation, conducting effective interviews, and the possible outcomes of the investigation. Consider the ways in which you can structure your work to avoid infractions that could lead to investigations. Participants will be able to:

• Explain the structure of the NCAA and the NCAA enforcement process
• Conduct more effective interviews
• Identify at least two ways to improve their compliance work
