This session will introduce and demonstrate a free, interactive, and dynamic new Web site called The Youthhood. Th e Youthhood was developed as a curriculum that can be utilized by anyone to plan for the future. Content and activities on the site are grounded in the principals of Universal Design and are based on current research in positive youth development and transition planning for youth with disabilities. Youthhood puts research into practice through a unique and extensive blend of content, interactive activities, links to related Web sites, and planning tools. |
