This interactive session will present data collected from 46 transition-age youth with Spina Bifida in Arkansas (ages 16-20). The data illustrates the need for transition supports in three domains: 1) school to work, 2) pediatric to adult health care, and 3) living at home to living independently. After presenting data on these topics, attendees will participate in troubleshooting specific transition issues through interactive solution-focused learning techniques. |
