The Union of Pan Asian Communities’ (UPAC) East Wind Clubhouse in San Diego provides clubhouse services to Asian/Pacific Islander adults with mental illness. This presentation highlights some of our successful strategies in meeting the special cultural and linguistic challenges in serving this population. We will also feature three of our clubhouse members’ personal stories about their journey toward recovery.
