Gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) individuals with mental illness face the significant stigma attached to mental illness, in addition to the stigma associated with sexual orientation and gender identity. This workshop will focus on the barriers to successful mental health treatment particular to this community. The session will also provide a vision of recovery and hope for GLBT individuals with mental illness.
