Quality Care for Racial and Ethnic Communities

    Racial and ethnic communities in the United States experience significant challenges accessing and receiving quality mental healthcare. This symposium will explore ways to improve the quality of care for traditionally underserved multicultural populations. Particular attention will be given to children’s mental health issues, including cultural competence, public education, suicide prevention, and best practices in service delivery for multicultural populations.
