Owners and constructors are faced with pressure to build sustainably but often know little of the process. Research and design bring new technology to play along with incentives from government and the marketplace. The architect is the key individual to bring these diverse players to the table and provide guidance toward effective solutions. Making the right decisions at the right time by the right team member is critical.
