    Most of us who manage continuing education organizations struggle to consistently get the best from our people. We intend to, but simply put, we don’t. This session will introduce strengths-based management and provide an overview of how leaders in continuing education can use such methods in hiring and developing staff and faculty. Williams will lead an interactive session that allows us to experience one of the tools of strengths-based management, and will provide resources and examples based on use of such methods at Belmont University.
