    The College of Continuing Education (CCE) re-built its non-credit portfolio upon a foundation of in-demand workplace competencies and re-structured it to be “learner friendly” for working professionals. CCE partnered with the Office of Measurement Ser-vice to create an up-front training needs assessment and an end-of-course evaluation based on these competencies.
