    The presentation describes an innovative trans-university partnership involving the UNLV School of Nursing and its Division of Continuing Education and St Jude University in the Philippines, designed to use e-learning and face-to-face instruction to assist individuals with medical degrees from Philippine Universities to earn a Nurse Practitioner license in the United states.
