    Using a case-study approach, this session will describe how a collaborative education and training program was established with a state government, a public employees union, and an academic institution to meet the needs of more than 51,000 professional scientific and technical employees in a rapidly changing public workforce environment, addressing both emerging trends and current job training requirements.
