    Roberta (Robbe) A. Healey, MBA, ACFRE, NHA is Development Director for The Hickman, a Quaker Assisted Living community in West Chester Pennsylvania. She is also Senior Member of Farr Healey Consulting, LLC.
    Ms. Healey has previously served as Executive Director of PresbyHomes Foundation, Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania and Vice President for Development and Marketing of The Philadelphia Protestant Home. She is a past President and Chair of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP)/Greater Philadelphia Chapter. She is a member of the International Board of Directors of AFP, where she serves as Vice Chair of the Professional Advancement Division. She was named the 2001 AFP/Greater Philadelphia Chapter Fund Raising Executive of the Year.
    She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern University, Boston Massachusetts and MBA from Villanova University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Philanthropy and Leadership Studies at Union Institute and University, Cincinnati, Ohio.
    She is an adjunct graduate school faculty member at the Campolo School of Social Change of Eastern University, St. David’s Pennsylvania and Villanova University Graduate School of Political Science. An international speaker and trainer she is an AFP Master Teacher, having earned the designation with the first AFP Faculty Academy class in January 2000. She earned the Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE) credential in April 2005 being only the 75th fundraiser in the US to earn this highest level credential. She is a licensed Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator.
