This session will discuss why many spread projects go no further than a successful pilot. Unique strategies to support each of the distinct and unique phases of spread in a large organization will be described, as well as the key roles and responsibilities necessary to support spread. Learn about ongoing strategies to maintain an initiative once initial spread has occurred, including incentives to promote change and spread and the role of peer pressure.
