      This workshop will give the participant the insights into the techniques for converting strategic business objectives into reality. It will explore the anatomy of a good Strategy Deployment plan, and the relevant ties to aligning Lean initiatives, including the use of the Deming cycle, or Plan-Do-Check-Act. Metrics will be discussed as those tied to Strategy Deployment as well as those tied to Daily Management (Key Performance Indicators). Strategy Deployment is essential for every successful Lean transformation.
