This session will examine how to set up, run, and expand your group visit program for maximum benefit of practice management, chronic illness care, enhanced quality and outcomes, improved productivity and efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Pioneers in shared medical appointments will discuss many of their hard-earned pearls and practical experiences in setting up, promoting, implementing, and evaluating DIGMAs, CHCCs, and Physicals SMAs in health care systems both nationally and internationally.
